  • Feeling in the doldrums professionally
  • Seeking a new job
  • Planning for entry into a new job
  • Dealing with a difficult supervisor or subordinate
  • Coping with major changes in the workplace
  • Wanting to be a more effective leader
  • Facing a major crossroads
  • Seeking work-life balance

What is Coaching?

Coaching focuses primarily on the present and the future, and is oriented around awareness, action and results.

Coaching is a process involving clarification of purpose, values, beliefs, skills, strengths, options and resources. The client and the coach form a working alliance to develop a plan with goals and actions that will close the gap between potential and performance.

The client’s agenda sets the focus for confidential sessions by phone or in person. The length of a coaching engagement is determined on a case-by-case basis, but an initial commitment of at least three months is recommended.
